The two directors, Alan Hare and John de Waal, have a long association with Cognos, either working as a business partner or for a business partner. They have both had over 30 years of experience in the IT industry and during that time have worked in both the government and non-government sectors. Much of this time has been spent in South Australia and consequently they have an excellent understanding of local industry, local market expectations and local factors affecting enterprises located in South Australia.
As a result of this knowledge base and the commitment to the Cognos products, Cognos acknowledged that commitment by immediately signing BiLogic as its sole Premier business partner in South Australia. Within a year, due to its success in sales and client support, BiLogic was elevated by Cognos to the highest partner status, Pinnacle, becoming one of only 3 organisations in Australia to achieve this level of accreditation.
BiLogic provides sales services and a full range of consulting services covering all aspects of a BI project from planning and development through to deployment. Its client list, numbering over 40 organisations, covers enterprises both large and small, from both the Government and the private sector.
